The Yoga Cave is a place of peace and wellness, where mindfulness and balance are front and centre. But our work extends well beyond London with yoga teacher training courses in India. Beginning this June, the Yoga Cave is offering Hatha, Ashtanga and Mysore-style yoga teacher training courses in beautiful Mysore, ranked as India’s cleanest city. Classes begin 1 June 2016!

Yoga TTC in India

The Level 1 yoga TTC in India is an 8-week intensive course, while the Level 2 course lasts four weeks. The Mysore-style classes offer the ability to practice Hatha or Ashtanga yoga with our expert affiliate instructors who first encountered and collaborated with Yoga Cave owner Sumit Sandhu on his journey of discovery to India just a few years ago. While Sumit was able to bring back a bit of the passion and skill he picked up in India to London, there is nothing like experiencing the absolute joy of becoming certified—in the birthplace of yoga—to impart mindfulness and holistic well-being to others.

Majestic Mysore

Located in the state of Karnataka, in southern India, the ancient city of Mysore combines an extensive and disciplined yoga culture with the grandeur of a once-mighty and powerful kingdom. Within the city and its environs are grand palaces, intricate temples, elaborate gardens and one of the oldest zoological parks in the world. Mysore and its beautiful natural surroundings provide the perfect setting for becoming a skilled and proficient yoga instructor.
