This site is owned and operated by Yoga Cave trading as The Yoga Cave Ltd, registered in England at Unit 1 Lauderdale Tower, Beech Street, Barbican, EC2Y 8BY, company number 09698270.

These terms and conditions include general terms and conditions for use of this Site, terms and conditions relating to the services provided by Yoga Cave on the site and in our studio.

These Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the Registration Form and any Membership is subject to these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

All applicant under the age of 18 must have consent in written form from a parent or guardian.

To register & purchase from The Yoga Cave Limited online booking system, you must be over 18 years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

The Yoga Cave Ltd reserves the right to vary and revoke these Terms and Conditions from time to time which it may consider necessary or desirable for the regulation of the internal affairs of the Studios and/or the conduct of Members. Any such changes will be published on the Website and, until revoked, are binding on Members.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Your use of the Site, the purchase of any Products or Services on this Site or in a studio will be subject to these terms and conditions. By using the site and visiting the studio, you hereby agree to our terms and conditions.

Practitioners and Instructors at The Yoga Cave

All practitioners and instructors at The Yoga Cave Limited are comprehensively qualified and insured with recognised professional organisations.   They are not however employed by The Yoga Cave Limited. Members undertaking any treatments, therapies, classes or courses offered at The Yoga Cave do so at their own risk and are contracting with the individual practitioners or instructors concerned and not with The Yoga Cave Limited.

When you are purchasing a class you are paying for a class and not an instructor. Instructors are subject to change without notice.


Classes are always subject to availability but at Yoga Cave we will always do our best to accommodate you in your chosen class.

All classes must be prepaid.Any Introductory offer starts from the date the payment is made.

Bookings are made through the Mindbody software which can be accessed at, or in person in the studio.

Class size is limited and The Yoga Cave Ltd operates a “first come first served” booking policy. Online booking takes priority over people who drop in.

Out of consideration for the instructor and other members, please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, you may not be able to participate.

A booking holds a space in a class until 5 minute after the start of class. Once 5 minutes has passed, unclaimed spaces will be allocated to people waiting on a first come, first served basis.

A booking can only be claimed by attending at reception and advising the receptionist you are present.

Any Member who regularly books online and fails to show up for class without cancelling may be blocked from booking online.

Classes start promptly at the advertised times. Members need to arrive at the Studios with enough time to change and enter the yoga studio before the class starts. Members arriving at reception once the instructor has started class may not be allowed to attend that class despite the above policy and this is at the discretion of the individual teacher.

Details of class times at the Studio may vary from time to time. Classes will be published by the Studio and will be available at the Studio or on our Website(s).

Class fees may be increased by The Yoga Cave Limited at any time. The Proprietor shall give the Clients not less than 14 days notice prior to any such increases.


Class Packs

Classes are sold in blocks of 1, 6 or 10 or such other combinations as The Yoga Cave Limited may introduce from time to time. The member shall not transfer sessions to any other person or permit them to be used by anyone other than the member. Any assignment, transfer or disposal of courses is at the sole discretion of The Yoga Cave Ltd and may only be permitted in exceptional circumstances.

All Class Packs, expire within 3 months of purchase if not used. The Single Class, if not used, expires 30 days from the date of purchase.

Monthly Passes

Any 1 month, 3 month and 6 month Memberships start from the date of purchase and expires at the end of the Membership duration.

Rolling monthly Passes

The rolling Membership starts from the day of purchase and continues until the Member gives 14 days written notice of their intention to stop it, not to be within the first 6 months. Payment will be made monthly by direct debit.


Therapies must be paid for immediately after a treatment and are paid either directly to the therapist or held at reception and passed on to the therapist later. Payment and other issues concerning therapy sessions should be brought up with the individual practitioner concerned.

Workshops and Courses

Externally organised courses or workshops are administered by the organisation stated. The Yoga Cave Limited accepts no responsibility for any fees paid to its room hirers or matters concerning the workshop or courses themselves.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

The rights of cancellation and refund and any limitation expressed in these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Refunds in relation to Products or Services may only be credited to the credit or debit card originally used to make the purchase.

Class/Therapy Cancellation – 24 hours notice online is required for cancellation of single sessions. Missed sessions without the appropriate notice will be charged/forfeited as if attended.

Class Packs/Passes – Class Pack/Passfees are non refundable.Any booked sessions must be cancelled within 24 hours online. In any other case, the session will be charged and deducted from the remainder of the member’s course.

Courses/Workshops – Bookings on The Yoga Cave workshops or courses once paid can only be refunded if a workshop or course has been cancelled.Any individual booked sessions must be cancelled within 24 hours online. In any other case, the session will be charged and deducted from the remainder of the member’s course.

Medical Cancellations – Cancellation is permitted where a member is not able to participate in a single session for medical reasons. A doctors note confirming that the member was permitted to participate is required within 7 days of a missed session and upon receipt, a credit for a make session will be issued.

Lost Property

All lost and left property is disposed of within 14 days.

For security reasons Members are advised to place all their valuables in a safe place including using the shelves in the studio. Belongings are left at the Member’s own risk.

Studio Etiquette

Yoga Cave is a shoe free zone. All outdoor footwear is to be removed as soon as possible and not worn from reception onwards in the studio itself.

For safety reasons and because all Members are barefoot – No crockery, glass or anything breakable is permitted in any part of the Studio.

No food is to be consumed within the yoga studio.

Members should not walk around the Studio barefoot if they have verruca’s or similar foot complaints.

In the event of a fire, Members are asked to make their way to the nearest available exit.

Children over the age of 7 may not enter changing rooms or other areas reserved for the opposite sex, regardless of whether they are accompanied by an adult.


All services purchased from The Yoga Cave Limited must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging by way of completing a registration form that he/she has no physical limitations prevention him/her from participation.

Members with low/high blood pressure and/or cardiac irregularities should not attend class until they have written permission from their doctor. If there is any doubt, the Member should consult his doctor. Members must notify the Studio of any circumstances affecting their health, which may be exacerbated through continued use of the Studio.

Members who are pregnant must advise the teacher and be aware that if they are in the first trimester, they may not be able to take class. This is entirely at the individual teacher’s discretion. If the teacher agrees to the Member participating in class, this is at the Member’s own risk.

The information available on or through this Site, and the Services supplied via or in connection with this Site or The Yoga Cave Limited do not constitute medical advice and it is your responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice, that you are fit and well and that such contents and services are suitable for you. It is not our responsibility to do so. Before commencing any exercise regime, you should consult your doctor.

  1. Any personal details you provide us with through forms, MindBodyand emails, such as name,address, telephone number etc. Any further information we request is optional.

  2. Recorded data which allows our website to recognise you and your preferred settings (cookies), preventing you from needing to provide information on subsequent visits to the site. Your browser can be programmed to warn you before downloading cookies, information regarding this may be found in your browsers ‘help’ facility.

Any personal data we collect from this website will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and all other applicable laws.

  2. To provide after sales service to help us improve the services we offer.

  6. Personal information we collect is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. We will protect your personal information no matter where we process or store your data.
  7. From time to time, it may be necessary for us to review and revise this policy. We reserve the right to change our policy at any time and, should this occur, the amendment will be posted on our website.

Liability Statement

In consideration of Yoga Cave accepting a person as a Member, the Member agrees that:

Neither The Yoga Cave Ltd, nor its leaseholders, owner of the building, instructors and employees are responsible for any injuries suffered by the member caused whole or in part by the Member’s failure to faithfully follow the instructions of the instructor or by any physical impairment of mine not fully disclosed to the Studios in writing.

It is also vital that you supply us with correct information about yourself. We cannot be liable for any incorrect information supplied by you to us. We try to make sure that all information contained on this web site (and provided by us to you as part of any Services or Products) is correct, but, subject to the paragraph below, we do not accept any liability for any error or omission and exclude all liability for any action you (your legal representatives, heirs) may take or loss or injury you may suffer (direct or indirect including loss of pay, profit, opportunity or time, pain and suffering, any indirect, consequential or special loss, however arising) as a result of relying on any information on this web site or provided through any Service supplied by us to you.

Neither The Yoga Cave Ltd, nor its leaseholders, owner of the building, instructors and employees are responsible for loss or damage to a Member’s personal belongings.

The Yoga Cave Ltd reserves the right to change the class schedule, including cancellation of individual classes and change of instructor without notice.

You, your legal representatives and your heirs release waive, discharge and covenant, not to sue The Yoga Cave Ltd, nor its leaseholders, owner of the building, instructors and employees for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.

You are referred to the important liability statement at the top of these terms and conditions. Subject to that statement you agree that your use of this Site and the Service is on an “as is” and “as available” basis. On that basis, except as expressly set out in these terms, The Yoga Cave Limited does not enter into conditions, warranties or other terms in relation to the Site or the Products or the Services (including any implied term relating to quality, fitness for a particular purpose) or any guaranteed or predicted result.

The Site may include links to external sites and co-branded pages. The Yoga Cave Limited has included links to these sites and co-branded pages to provide you with access to information and services that you may find useful or interesting, However, The Yoga Cave Limited is not responsible for the content of these site and pages or for anything provided by them.

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply: “Services” means any information and services ordered and/or provided by The Yoga Cave Limited through or via the Site or our studios and all services offered as part of any course or workshop. Any electronic information supplied to you by The Yoga Cave Limited will constitute part of “Service” not a Product and cancellation rights will apply accordingly. “Products” means any products offered for sale on the Site or in The Yoga Cave Limited studio. “Site” means the web site at the URL or replacement site(s) from time to time. “Member” means anybody who takes a class at Yoga Cave.


You may use the Site for personal and lawful use and in accordance with these terms and you are not allowed to copy or use any material from the Site for any commercial purpose.

The intellectual property rights in all contents of the Site and supplied as part of the Products or Services, and in The Yoga Cave Limited trade marks and logos (“Materials”) are owned by The Yoga Cave Limited. Except to the extent expressly set out in these terms and conditions, you are not allowed to make any copies of any part of any Materials, or remove or change anything on the Site, include or create links to or from the Site without our written authority, or remove or change any copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property right notices contained in any Materials or copies thereof. You must not use The Yoga Cave Ltd brand, logos or marks without written license.

Suspension and termination of Service

The Yoga Cave Limited may suspend the operation of the Site for repair or maintenance work or in order to update or upgrade the contents or functionality of the Site from time to time. Access to or use of the Site or any Sites or pages linked to it will be not necessarily be uninterrupted or error free.

The Yoga Cave Limited may terminate the Service immediately in the event you breach any of these terms and conditions or do not pay any sums due to The Yoga Cave Limited (including if the credit/debit card you use is not valid or does not work for another reason).

The Yoga Cave Limited may change these terms and conditions from time to time. By browsing the Site you are accepting that you are bound by the current terms and conditions.
