Leo Cosendai is Prana Kriya Yoga teacher and a Gong sound therapist born in Switzerland.
He has trained with Yogi Ashokananda and learned the way of the Gong with Don Conreaux.
Working from the inside out, Leo’s classes are an opportunity for you to improve the way you breathe and manage your energy throughout the day.
The series of Kriyas taught to him by Yogi Ashokananda will help you learn how to restore your central nervous system, slow down the ageing process by breathing more efficiently and noticeably increase the amount of energy (Prana).
This also is an excellent preparatory class to take if you would like to start meditating or meditate already but find it difficult to sit down and be still. It will indirectly teach you how to let your body relax.
The class ends with a soothing Gong sound relaxation whilst you lay down in Savasana
